Our 3 pillar training system follows a clear progression: Pilates is the foundation of your movement practice, improving core activation, proprioception (awareness in space) and breath work. Strength training focuses on progressive overload and periodisation, which helps with bone density, joint stability and muscular hypertrophy (increasing muscle mass). Lastly, functional movement ties everything together, improving how you move in real life – standing, walking, lifting and twisting.
